BROCKHOUSE (John). - Eileen, Michael, Nigel, Emma and Claire would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours who attended John's funeral and for their generous donations in lieu of flowers. Grateful thanks to Doctor A. Nakas and staff and Glenfield Hospital. Also the Burbage District Nurses who attended John at home and doctors at the Burbage Surgery. A special thank you to Canon David Jennings for the beautiful service and to Anna and Lesley of McCartneys for their sympathy and kindness.
